At You Are a Gem, every piece is more than a product — it is made especially for you according to your chosen design, measurements, materials, and details.

How Your Order Works

Once you send us your order request, our You Are a Gem team will contact you via WhatsApp to confirm all details and customize your piece exactly according to your preferences.

Your order will only be confirmed once all specifications and measurements have been agreed upon through our official WhatsApp communication and payment has been completed.

Payment

Full payment is required in advance before production begins, as each piece is made specifically for the customer.

Processing & Delivery

* Processing time: approximately 5–15 days, depending on the item and level of customization.
* Delivery within Egypt: approximately 5 days after the piece is completed.
* Gulf & International delivery: approximately 10 days to 2 weeks after the piece is completed.

Processing and delivery times may vary depending on customization, item type, shipping conditions, or circumstances beyond our control. You will be informed of any applicable changes.

Returns & Exchanges

As customized pieces are made specifically for each customer, confirmed orders cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or personal preference once production has started.

If an item is received with an error or does not match the specifications agreed upon via WhatsApp, please contact us immediately upon delivery so we can review the case and provide the appropriate solution.
